Connected audience features use your cloud workspace and the features enabled by your plan. Review the current plan details before choosing a workflow.
A basic account workspace can hold up to three text or manual countdown overlays without an always-on tenant. Open My Account → Advanced → Basic overlay workspace. Gift extensions and automated actions use the connected cloud service and its plan requirements.
Use a countdown for a break, an event or a longer stream challenge. Set the initial duration and maximum remaining time, then add the private browser source to your layout.
Timer state belongs to your tenant, so refreshing or reopening the source does not start it over. Pause, resume or cancel deliberately from the controls.
Optionally add seconds for accepted gift units, within your configured cap. An optional countdown_finished event can connect the end of the timer to Actions & Events. Provider availability and selected channel determine eligible gifts.
