ForgeCaster service terms ForgeCaster provides tools for managing your own livestream. Your subscription covers one bot workspace and the features and limits shown for your selected plan. Apprentice is a 10-day trial with a payment method on file that renews as Journeyman unless canceled before the trial ends. Standard monthly pricing is $5 for Journeyman and $15 for Master, plus applicable tax. Master Maker is $20 per month and includes three published custom add-ons. EARLYWORM is 25% off Master Maker for the eligible subscription’s lifetime, limited to 100 redemptions with no redemption expiry; EARLYBIRD excludes Master Maker. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed Stripe price until a confirmed plan change. The price, term, discounts and automatic renewal are shown before checkout. You can cancel future renewal from My Account. Any other billing term or agreed special rate is shown when selected. If payment remains unpaid for 24 hours after the invoice due time, service is suspended. Bot data is retained for seven days after suspension and then removed from managed service storage. Your website login and billing history remain available. After removal, subscribing again creates a fresh bot workspace. Contact support before the removal deadline if you need help. An approved retention hold does not itself extend paid access. You are responsible for the content, music, gifts, rewards, overlays and automations you choose to use, and for complying with the rules of your streaming platforms and applicable law. A feature being available in ForgeCaster does not grant music rights or permission from a streaming service. Keep your sign-in details and private source links secure. Features can be affected by third-party service availability and changes. Use private testing before a live show and retain your own copies of important media. Contact support through My Account with account, payment or service questions. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Authorized staff may inspect, archive, export and suspend submitted source and execution diagnostics for moderation and support. Transfers and review for official adoption follow the creator's selected sharing permission; attribution is retained. Never include secrets or private viewer information in code or public overlays. Speech usage: included daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC and messages have a 200-character limit. Included messages are used before purchased credits, which require your opt-in. Credit purchases are one-time and do not refill automatically. Their price and applicable tax are shown before payment. Credits have no scheduled expiry while the workspace data is retained; the existing service/data retention rules apply. Successful hosted synthesis counts as usage even if your output later fails.
